 The waterproof D-Sub System developed by CONEC according to IP67, is particularly suitable for applications where dust and splashwater can impair the device's functionality. The Standard, High Density and Combination D-Sub connectors are intergrated and sealed in a plastic or metal framework. CONEC also offers a variety of assebly types for the most diverse applications. When attaching the device you can choose between back plate and front plate assembly. There is a special plastic monoblock hood for the cable side that matches the system; this comes in grey, black or metallized and is suitable for different cable diameters.

Almost all connections, such as hand solder, staright solder and angled solder can be realised as C, LC and Pi filters. An adapter is available to conduct a quick test for existing interfaces. The available number of pins are: from 9 to 50 for the D-Sub Standard and from 15 - 62 for High Density. A large selection of capacitance values are available as standeard, depending on the requirement specifications. Special capacitance values or even mixed capacitance values can be realised within the connector. |
 CONEC D-Sub filter connectors with high power contacts are available as male and female connectors in layouts 2W2 - 3W3 - 5W5 and 8W8. Capacitive filtering is available from 1,3nF to 100nF per contact. Hand solder, straight and angled dipsolder and press-fit technology are available as connection possibilities. High power contacts that can be used between 10A and 40A, even with a large cable diameter, mean no stress on the filter, as the filter elements are mechanically unloaded by the contacts. Various assembly options are available. |
